Hot Chicken Salad 
from The Complete Harrowsmith Cookbook 
2 cups cooked chicken pieces 
1 cup diced celery 
1/2 cup slivered almonds 
1 Tbsp. lemon juice 
3 hard boiled eggs 
1 cup cream of mushroom soup 
1/2 onion, minced 
1/2 tsp. salt 
1/4 tsp. pepper 
1/2 cup mayonnaise 
2 cups cracker crumbs (could use potato chips) 
Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
Combine all of the ingredients, except for the crackers or potato chips.
Put in a greased casserole dish. 
Top with crumbs or potato chips. 
Bake for 20 inutes.
