Hotel Nauvoo Wild Rice Casserole 
4 cups cooked wild rice 
1 (10 1/2 oz) can condensed mushroom soup 
1/2 cup chicken gravy 
2 cups diced cooked chicken or turkey 
1 cup soft bread crumbs 
2 tablespoons melted butter or margarine 
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Combine rice, soup, gravy, and chicken or turkey.  Turn into 2 quart casserole.  Toss together bread crumbs and melted butter; sprinkle over top.  Bake in 350 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes.
