Ham Casserole

1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup All-Purpose flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 cups cooked rice
2 cups cooked ham, chopped
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
1 small jar chopped pimento
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Soy Sauce to taste
Sliced Almonds, toasted


Saute bell pepper in butter. Make a cream sauce of butter, flour and milk. Stir in other ingredients. Pour into a 2 qt casserole and top with toasted sliced almonds.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees until hot and bubbly. This may be made ahead and frozen before baking.
