Potato-Savoy Cabbage-Lasagna
6 nice Savoy Cabbage leaves, blanched
2 pounds cooked, peeled, sliced potatoes (firm cooking kind)
6 thin slices cooked ham (or enough to make layers, don’t know how big your slices usually are)
2-1/2 cups of your favorite white sauce (should be a spicy one with cheese)
3 oz. grated cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a lasagna dish. Put two leaves cabbage on bottom. Cover with two slices ham.
Mix potatoes with sauce and put 1/3 of that over ham. Repeat layers two more times. Top with cheese and bake in a 400°F oven for about 40 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
