Ranch Macaroni and Cheese with Ham 
2 c elbow macaroni 
3 tbl butter 
1/4 c chopped onion 
2 tbl flour 
1/2 tsp dry mustard 
1/2 tsp salt 
1/8 tsp black pepper 
2 c milk 
1/4 c ranch salad dressing 
2 c shredded cheddar cheese 
1/4 lb ham -- chopped 
1 c frozen peas -- thawed 
Preheat oven to 350F. Coat a 1 1/2 quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain, transfer to a large bowl and set aside. 
Meanwhile, in a medium skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion and cook about 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour, mustard, salt and black pepper. Gradually add milk and cook until 
thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Add dressing and 1 1/2 cups cheese. Stir until cheese melts. Add to cooked macaroni along with ham and peas; mix well. Transfer to the casserole and top with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Bake about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
