Ham and Cheese Ziti

2 1/2 cups uncooked ziti pasta -- ( 9oz )
1/4 cup margarine or butter
1 clove garlic -- finely chopped
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 cups shredded Colby cheese -- ( 8oz )
4 ounces sliced cooked deli ham -- cut in thin strips
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cook and drain pasta as directed on pkg.

2. While pasta is cooking, melt margarine in 3-qt. saucepan over low heat. Cook garlic in margarine 30 seconds,
stirring frequently. Stir in flour and salt. Cook over med. heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Gradually stir in milk. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 min. Stir in mustard and Colby. Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted. Stir pasta and ham into cheese sauce.

3. Pour into ungreased 2-qt. casserole. Sprinkle with Pamesan. Bake, uncovered, 20-25 min. or until bubbly.

NOTES : To cut the fat to 11 grams and calories to 325 per serving, omit ham, decrease the margarine to 2 tbl.
and use skim milk and 1.5 cups ( 6oz) reduced-fat Colby.
