Mexican Enchilada Bake

Enchilada Bake

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup water
1/2 can tomato soup
1 can enchilada sauce -- hot or mild
2 flour tortillas
2 cups cheddar cheese

Cook beef in skillet. Drain. In a large bowl combine salt, water, soup, & sauce. Add the beef. In a 1 1/2 qut. glass casserole put a layer of beef then shells then cheese. Put another shell - beef & top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30
min.
