QUESADILLA CASSEROLE
2 cans (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, drained
4 c. grated Longhorn Colby cheese
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Grease a 13 x 9-inch pan. Sprinkle cheese evenly in pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour in pan. Bake until knife inserted in comes out clean, 25 to 30 minutes.
