Mexican Quick Taco Bake

Quick Taco Bake (Bisquick)

Serves: 8

Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 envelope taco seasoning mix
1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1 can (15.25 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 cups Bisquick baking mix, orig. or reduced fat
1 cup milk
2 large eggs

Instructions: Heat oven to 350 F.

Brown ground beef and onion; drain.

Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish.

Stir in seasoning mix, (dry), tomato sauce and corn.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Stir remaining ingredients until blended.

Pour over beef mixture.

Bake 35 minutes or until light golden brown.

Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce, if desired.
