MACARONI AND CHEESE 
1 lb. macaroni 
1package Extra Sharp Cracker Barrell cheese (12 oz) 
1-1/2 cans evaporated milk 
1 can water or a little more 
bread crumbs 
Cook macaroni. Grate cheese. Layer macaroni and grated cheese. Add milk & water. Stir a little to combine.
Sprinkle with crumbs. Bake uncvered 425 degrees for about 40 minutes, or until bubbly and brown.
