Mary's Macaroni & Cheese

2 cups creamettes cooked
1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 flour
1 1/2 cups milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
or american
paprika
potato chips
Cook macaroni in 2 qts boilign water for 6 to 8 mins. Drain and chill in cold water for 5 mins.
Melt 1/2 cup butter and add 2 tab flour, stir 2 mins. Do not brown. Add milk, salt, pepper and cook over med heat till smooth.
Add cheese, macaroni and paprika and pour into a 11X7 cassserole. Top with crushed potato chips.
