Mary Ann’s Baked Spaghetti 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 
1 medium onion, chopped 
8 oz. pkg. spaghetti noodles 
1 can tomato soup 
1 quart tomato juice 
salt, pepper and garlic, salt to taste 
Preheat oven to 350° F.
In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion until meat is cooked through.
While meat is cooking, cook spaghetti in salted boiling water for 8 minutes; drain well. 
Combine meat, pasta, tomato soup and seasonings; mix well. 
Add tomato juice; mix well. 
Pour into a large casserole or baking dish. 
Bake for 30-45 minutes or until thick.
