Pasta: Pepperoni Rigatoni

Pepperoni Rigatoni

50-75 slices pepperoni
1 lb. rigatoni noodles, cooked and drained
1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce (or your own homemade)
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced green peppers
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella
4 cloves of garlic, chopped
2 TBLS. basil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix sauce with vegetables, Parmesan, pepperoni and basil, add drained noodles. Mix well.

Pour into a greased 9x13 cake pan and top with mozzarella cheese, bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until cheese is lightly browned.
