Pineapple Souffle 
  
1/2 Cup butter 
1 Cup sugar 
4 eggs 
1 can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained 
5 slices white bread, cubed 
Preheat oven to 350° F. and grease a casserole dish.
Cream the butter and sugar.  Beat in the eggs, one at a time.  Stir in the drained pineapple.  Fold in the cubed bread. 
Pour into a greased casserole dish and bake for 1 hour, uncovered (350 degrees).
