HAM AND NOODLES 
  First cook two cups of noodles until they're tender. 
  1/2 pound leftover ham, cubed 
  1/2 pound sharp Cheddar cheese 
  1 tea. horse-radish, optional 
  1/2 cup chopped green pepper 
  1 can condensed cream of mushroom, chicken, or celery soup         thinned with 1/4 cup milk. 
Mix everything together, including the noodles and bake , covered in buttered casserole 350 degrees 40 minutes. 
Remove the cover and sprinkle some crumbs on top, dot with butter and brown it under the broiler.
