Sauerkraut Pork Casserole

1 16 Oz Can Sauerkraut -- Drained
4 Slices Boneless Pork Sirloin -- About 1 Pound
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
3/4 C Barbecue Sauce

Heat oven to 350. Spread sauerkraut evenly in bottom of ungreased rectangular baking dish, 11 x 7 x 1 1/2 inches. Place pork in a skillet and brown both side quickly.

Place pork on kraut; sprinkle with garlic powder.

Spread barbecue sauce over pork. Cover and bake about one hour or until pork is no longer pink..

Smoked Pork & Sauerkraut

3 Tbsp Butter
2 Onions -- Thinly Sliced
3 C Sauerkraut -- Rinsed And Drained
1 Lb Boneless Smoked Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Chopped Green Bell Pepper
1/3 C Water
Salt And Pepper -- To Taste

In a large skillet, cook onions in butter until golden brown. Add sauerkraut; cook about 8 mins or until kraut starts to lightly brown, stirring occasionally.

Add pork, bell pepper, water, salt and pepper. Cover; cook over medium-low heat for 10 minutes or until pork is thoroughly heated.
