Chicken Tetrazzini 
1 5 lb. hen, boiled and cubed 
1 1 lb. package spaghetti 
1 4 oz. can pimientos, chopped 
Sauce Ingredients 
5 T. butter 
5 T. flour 
3 cups milk 
salt and pepper, to taste 
1 10 oz. can sliced mushrooms 
1/2 cup green pepper, chopped 
1 cup sharp cheese, grated 
1/2 cup bread crumbs 
onion salt, to taste 
garlic salt, to taste 
celery salt, to taste 
Preheat oven to 350. Cook spaghetti according to directions, using chicken stock instead of water. 
Sauce: 
Stir flour into butter in saucepan. Add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add salt, pepper, onion salt, garlic salt and celery salt to sauce. 
Add pimientos, mushrooms and green pepper to sauce. Combine chicken, spaghetti and sauce mixture and put in greased casserole. 
Sprinkle bread crumbs and grated cheese on top. Bake 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
