  Recipe Name: CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
   1/4 cup butter 
  1/4 cup bisquick 
  1/2 tsp. salt 
  1/4 tsp. pepper 
  2 cups milk 
  2 chicken breasts - cooked & shredded 
  1 cup bisquick 
  5 T. water 
  Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in bisquick, salt & pepper. Cook until bubbly. Remove from heat & stir in milk. Heat to boiling stirring constantly. Boil & stir 1 min. Stir in chicken. 
* Pour into ungreased 2 qt. casserole. Mix the bisquick & water. Roll onto a floured surface 1/4 inch thick. Cut into squares. Place on top of casserole. Bake at 450 for 15 min.
 
*Can add cooked peas.
