Turkey Melt Casserole
1 lb turkey
1/2 lb shredded swiss cheese
1-2 lbs potatoes, cut into 1" chunks
1/2 teasp rosemary
1/2 teasp thyme
salt and pepper
Mix together and put in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 until potatoes are cooked.
