St. Pauls Rice  
1 large bell pepper, chopped 
1 medium onion, chopped 
4 stalks celery, chopped 
1 lb. pork sausage 
1 small jar pimentos 
1/2 cup raw rice   
2 envelopes of chicken noodle soup (dry mix) 
Preheat oven to 350° F.
 
Brown sausage, onion, green pepper, and celery; Drain grease. 
Bring to a boil 4 cups of water, pour in rice and soup. Boil for 7 minutes. 
Mix with sausage mixture, and stir in pimentoes. 
Bake for 1 hr. in 350º oven.
