Kielbasa Supper 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
2 large onions, cut in half and sliced 
4 large potatoes, peeled and sliced in 1/4" pieces 
2 cups bottled sauerkraut    
1 circular (Hillshire Farms style) kielbasa, sliced into 2" chunks. 
1 cup chicken broth or water 
Place in Dutch oven in that order. Bake for one hour at 375 degrees. If you don't like saurkraut, use 6 cups cabbage.
