Sausage Casserole 
6 slices bread 
1 lb. sausage 
3 c. milk 
1 c. cheese 
4 eggs 
Use large casserole and for first layer, put thin sliced bread that has been buttered. 
Cook sausage and drain. Put half sausage on the bread and 1/2 cup shredded cheese. Top with slices of buttered bread; add 1/2 cup cheese. Mix eggs (well beaten) with milk and pour over casserole. Let set overnight, uncovered, in refrigerator. 
Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees.
