Crab Casserole 
12 slices stale bread 
1 lb. crab meat 
6 hard-boiled eggs 
2 Tbsp. onions 
1 Tbsp. parsley 
salt and pepper 
2 1/2 c. mayonnaise 
2 1/2 c. milk 
Cheddar cheese 
crushed corn flakes or Italian 
bread crumbs 
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Grease a 3-quart casserole or 9 x 13-inch pan. 
Mix bread crumbs, eggs (cut up), parsley, onion, salt, pepper and crab meat. Blend mayonnaise and milk. 
Mix all together and put in casserole. Sprinkle with cheese and refrigerate overnight. Next day, sprinkle with corn flakes or bread crumbs. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
