Turkey Tetrazzini 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked egg noodles 
2 Tbl. butter 
1 (6 oz.) can sliced mushrooms 
1 tsp. salt 
1/8 tsp. pepper 
2 c. chopped cooked turkey 
1 c. sour cream 
1 can cream of celery soup 
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 
Cook pasta 8-10 mins until al dente; drain. 
Preheat oven to 375. 
Melt butter. Saute mushrooms for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in turkey, soup, and sour cream. Place noodles in 9x13 inch dish. Pour sauce evenly over the top. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake for 20-25 mins. or until sauce is bubbling.
