Asparagus Casserole 
White Sauce: 
3 TBSP. Flour 
4 TBSP. Butter, melted 
11/2 cups milk 
Mix well and heat over medium heat 
Add to white sauce: 
5 oz. Jar of Old English Cheese spread 
Mix until blended and set aside 
1 1/2 cups of Ritz crackers crumbs mixed with 1 stick of butter melted (set aside) 
In a 9x13 dish sprayed with Pam place the following ingredients in order: 
1 can asparagus spears (You can use fresh) 
1 small can English Peas 
1 small can mushrooms; drained 
1/2 of cracker mixture 
1/3 cup silvered almonds 
Pour ALL of sauce over the layers and top with the remaining cracker mixture. 
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes @ 350.
