CABBAGE CASSEROLE
small cabbage
2 lbs ground beef
small minced onion
2 7 1/2 tins tomato sauce
1/2 tsp savory
dash garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 cups cooked rice
1 tin mushroom soup
1 cup tomato juice
shred cabbage(leave i cup for later) Lightly grease casserole and place cabbage all around the inside. Mix all together except for the soup and juice Place mixture in center of dish and surrounded by cabbage Spoon soup and sprinkle the remaining cup of cabbage over mixture Pour tomato juice over cabbage for moisture Bake 350 for 1-1 1/2 hours
