Corn Casserole

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method 
  
1 small onion -- chopped 
1 small green pepper -- chopped 
1/2 cup butter 
16 oz. can whole kernel corn -- do not drain 
16 oz. can cream-style corn 
8 oz. pkg. cornbread mix   
3 eggs -- beaten 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 
1 cup sour cream 
Saute onion and green pepper in butter in skillet. 
Combine contents of skillet with un-drained corn, cream corn, cornbread mix, and eggs in bowl; mix well. 
Spoon into 1-1/2 quart baking dish that's been sprayed with Pam. 
Top with cheese and sour cream. 
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
