Tex Mex Squash Dressing
  
3 cups cooked yellow squash 
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup 
1 medium onion, chopped 
1 tsp. sage 
1/2 stick (4 Tblsp.) butter or margarine 
1 pkg. Mexican cornbread, baked according to package directions 
1 cup grated cheddar cheese 
Salt and pepper to taste 
Layer in baking dish. Mix in squash, cornbread, sage, salt, pepper, onion and oleo. Add cream of chicken soup; top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
