White Turkey Chili
Yield 12 (1 cup) servings

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup chopped onion
2 ribs celery, thinly sliced
4 cups chopped cooked turkey
2 (15.5 oz) cans Great Northern Beans drained
2 (14.5oz) cans chicken broth (ready to serve)
2 (11oz) White Shoepeg corn
2 (4 oz) cans Chopped Green Chiles
4 teaspoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (if desired)
4 ounces (1 cup) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Heat butter in large saucepan over medium heat until hot. Add onion and celery; cook and stir 2 to 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese and parsley; blend well. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes or til thoroughly heated stirring occasionally. to serve, ladel chili into bowls; sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
