Cheese Crunchers

1 (12 oz.) butterscotch morsels
6 tbsp. butter
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 c. chopped nuts
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/4 c. flour
Lemon juice


Combine over hot (not boiling) water, butterscotch morsels and butter, heat until melted and smooth. Transfer to large bowl, stir in cracker crumbs and nuts with a fork until forms small crumbs.

Reserve 2 cups of mix for topping. Press remaining mix into 15 x 10 inch pan, ungreased. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.

In large bowl combine cream cheese and sugar. Beat until creamy. Add eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each one. Blend in flour and lemon juice.

Pour evenly over hot baked crust. Sprinkle top with reserved crumb mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 350 degrees.
Makes 75 (2 inch) bars.
