Goofy Cookies
1 stick margarine
1 yellow cake mix
2 eggs
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 pound powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Melt margarine. With a fork, stir in dry cake mix. Pat into bottom of a greased 9 x 13 pan. Combine the rest of the ingredients and whisk until smooth. Spread over cake. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes until golden. Cool completely before cutting.
