Granola Bars
3 1/2 cups oatmeal - toasted
1 cup pecans or walnuts
1 cup raisins or chocolate chips
2/3 cup butter - melted
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup honey
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Toast oats by spreading oats on a cookie sheet. Bake oats at 350 for 15 min. Stirring occasionally.
Mix all the
ingredients in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Press mixture in a greased 9X13" pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 min.
