Mocha Bars

2 eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold coffee
1 teaspoon vanilla
2-1/2 cups packed brown sugar
3 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts

In a mixing bowl, beat eggs, oil, coffee and vanilla. Combine flour, brown sugar, salt and baking soda, add to coffee mixture. Beat until smooth. Pour into greased 15-in.x10 in baking pan.

Bake 375 for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when lightly touched. Sprinkle chocolate chips .Spread and sprinkle on nuts. Cool before cutting. Makes 36-48 bars
