Nordy Bars
1/2 cup butter
1 (11 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat; add butterscotch chips and brown sugar, stirring until they're melted. Remove pan from heat and stir in eggs; add flour, baking powder and salt, mixing thoroughly. Stir in vanilla set aside until cool.
When cool, stir in chocolate chips, marshmallows and pecans; spread into greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Cool, cut in bars (9 x 9 to make 81 bars).
