Cake Brownies (eggless)
3 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 c. lukewarm water
3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tbsp. chopped nuts
Place dry ingredients in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
