Moist ‘n Chewy Brownies

1 cup (6 oz.) Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2 cups biscuit baking mix
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
1 cup chopped nuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Over very low heat, melt chips and butter, stir occasionally until well blended. Remove from heat. Add baking mix, condensed milk and egg; stir well. Add nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 12-inch pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into squares.




Chewy Brownies

1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
6 tsp. cocoa or 2 squares Baker's chocolate
1/2 cup flour
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 tsp. salt


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cream butter and sugar well. Beat in eggs, one at a
time. Add rest of ingredients. Bake in a greased 8-inch square pan at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes. When cool, cut into squares.





Chewy Brownies

2 sticks oleo
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of salt
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups sugar
1 cup flour


Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Melt together cocoa and oleo; cool. Meantime, cream eggs and sugar; add vanilla and salt. Next, add flour and mix well. Stir in cocoa mixture. Put in greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet with sides or a large oblong pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
