Cookie Dough Brownies
Pillsbury

1(19.5-oz.) pkg. Pillsbury Rich & Moist Fudge

Brownie Mix:
1/2 cup oil
1/4 cup water
2 eggs
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Filling:
112 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1/4 cup sugar
112 cup margarine or butter, softened
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup Pillsbury BEST* All Purpose or Unbleached Flour

Glaze:
1 (6-oz.) pkg. (1cup) semisweet chocolate chips
1 tablespoon oil
3/4 to 1 cup chopped walnuts


Heat oven to 350'F. Grease bottom only of 13x9-inch pan.

In large bowl, combine brownie mix, 1/2 cup oil, water and eggs; beat 50 strokes with spoon. Stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread in greased pan.

Bake at 350°F. for 28 to 30 minutes. Do not overback. Cool 30 minutes or until completely cooled

In large bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar and margarine; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk and vanilla; blend well. Lighty spoon flour into measuring cup; level off, Add flour; mix well. Carefully spoon and spread over cooled brownies.

In small microwave-safe bowl, combine 1 cup chocolate chips and 1 tablespoon oil. Microwave on medium for I to 2 minutes or until chocolate is just melted; stir until smooth. Carefully spoon glaze over filling; spread to cover. Sprinkle with walnuts; press down slightly. Refrigerate 30 minutes. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator. 35 bars

High Altitude (above 3500 Feet): Add 1/2 cup flour to dry brownie mix; increase water to 1/3 cup. Bake as directed above.
