Luray's Brownies
4 eggs
2 cup sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 cup mini chocolate chips
8 oz. cream cheese
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3Tbs. cocoa powder
1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350° F. and lightly grease a 9 x 13 pan.
Combine the first 7 ingredients in a large bowl until blended, set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients in another bowl and blend until smooth. Put 1/2 of the chocolate batter in pan. Spread cream cheese mixture on top of batter. Spread remaining 1/2 of batter on top of cream cheese mixture.
Bake at 350 for 40-50 min.
