Muffin Brownies 
1 3/4 cups sugar 
1 1/2 cups chopped pecans 
1 cup all-purpose flour 
1 cup margarine or butter 
4 squares (4 ounces) semisweet chocolate 
4 slightly beaten eggs 
1 teaspoon vanilla 
Melt the chocolate and the margarine/butter over medium-low heat. Cool the mixture. Stir in the eggs, sugar, flour and the vanilla. Stir in the nuts. Spoon the batter into a greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Bake in a 325 F. oven for about 30 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Makes 22 to 24 brownie muffins.
