Brownies with Fudge Frosting
1 pkg. Betty Crocker’s Supreme Brownies w/ Hershey’s Syrup, cooked in a 13x9” pan according to pkg. Directions; cool thoroughly.
Frosting:
1/4 cup margarine
1/4 cup cocoa
1/2 of a 1 lb. box powdered sugar
3 1/2 tbl. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Melt margarine in a saucepan.
Add cocoa; heat until mixture begins to boil, stirring constantly. Take off heat.
Add powdered sugar alternately with the milk. Beat to spreading consistency. Stir in vanilla.
Frost brownies.
Store in refrigerator.
* For an extra treat, frost with about 1 cup peanut butter, then with the fudge frosting.
