1 package brownie mix (20-24 oz)
1 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup oil
2 packages (8 oz each) cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
4 oz grated white chocolate (about 1 1/3cups)
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 pan.
In large bowl, combine brownie mix, 3/4 cup milk, oil, and eggs; mix well. Pour into pan.
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and remaining 1/4 cup milk until light and fluffy. Beat in 1 cup grated white chocolate. Drop cream cheese mixture by spoonfuls on top of brownie mixture. Use a knife to swirl mixture into brownies, going all the way to the bottom and to the edges.
Bake 35-38 minutes. Remove from oven, and let cool 15 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/3 cup white chocolate. Cool completely.
