Zucchini Brownies
2 cups flour
11/4 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
11/2 teaspoons soda
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oil
2 cups grated, drained zucchini
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix all together. Spread in greased 10 x 15-inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F. for 18 to 20 minutes.
Batter is thick, no eggs. Frost when cool.
