Butterscotch Cookies
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 Cup oil
1 to1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips
1/2 to 1 cup walnuts(optional)
Preheat oven to 350° F. and spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
Mix every thing together in a big bowl, drop on cookie sheet. Cook 7-10 min, depending on oven-these will come out soft, but will harden up a little.
