Butterscotch Potato Chip Cookies
1 cup margarine or butter (not Butter Flavor Crisco)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups coarsely crushed potato chips
2-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 package (6 ounce) butterscotch chips---or more
Cream together butter and sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla. Beat well.
Add potato chips and butterscotch chips.
Sift flour and soda together. Stir into creamed mixture.
Drop by teaspoon (or bigger) on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.
