Drop Cookies Coconut Macaroons by lj

"Treasury of Christmas"


2 (7oz) packages flaked coconut(5 1/3 cups)
14 oz can Eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl, combine all ingredient, mix well.

Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto aluminum foil lined and generously greased baking sheet.

Bake 8-10 min. or until lightly browned around edges.

Immediately remove from baking sheet(macaroons will stick if allowed to cool.) store loosely covered at room temperature.
