Coconut Pyramids

250g (8 ozs) desiccated (flaked) coconut
1 tin sweetened condensed milk
Food coloring

Preheat oven to 350.

Combine sweetened condensed milk and coconut. Divide into 3
batches.

Leave 1 batch white, and add colors of your choice to the other two.

Using 1 tablespoon-full for each, form into pyramids.

Place on greased baking sheet.

Bake for about 12 minutes, or until lightly browned.
