Cookies from a Cake Mix
1 box cake mix with pudding in mix (try chocolate fudge, lemon,butter pecan, etc.)
1 egg
2-1/2 cups Cool Whip
Powdered sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Stir first 3 ingredients together in a large bowl with a spoon.
Use a cookie scoop to form balls of dough and drop them in powdered sugar.
Roll them around and then place on cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Don't over-bake.
