Drop Cookies Devilish Mint Cookies

Devilishly Minty Cookies

1 package Devil's food cake mix (dry)
1/3 c vegetable oil
2 eggs
3/4 c choc covered mint candies (I used Andes)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 2 cookie sheets with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, combine cake mix, oil & eggs. Beat with an electric mixer 3-4 minutes or until well blended. With a
spoon stir in mint candies.

Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheets.

Bake 9-11 minutes or until firm.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
