Fruit Cake Cookies
1 lb. mixed candied fruit
1/2 c. flour
1 pinch salt
1 can coconut (3 1/2 oz.)
2 c. chopped pecans
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Dredge fruit in flour. Add salt, coconut and nuts. Add milk and mix thoroughly. Drop by spoonfuls on greased cookie sheet or in small cup cake holders. Cook 25 to 30 minutes in 275 degrees oven. Store cooled cookies in airtight container about 5 days before serving.
Makes about 4 dozen delicious cookies.
