Hawaiian Drop Cookies

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup shortening
1 1/4 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
1 egg
3/4 cup well drained crushed pineapple
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup coconut
Sift together flour, baking powder, and salt and set aside. Cream shortening; add sugar and flavorings and beat until smooth. Add egg and beat until fluffy. Blend in pineapple, coconut, and nuts and the dry ingred. Drop by teaspoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets about 3" apart. Bake at 325 degrees about 20 min.
